Cornered deep in the narrow alley, the moment the cold sensation of concrete pressed against your back, Guest clenched their teeth hard. The alcohol-stinking breath and vulgar laughter of the men persistently following you. You want to run away, but your legs are frozen with fear and won't move. The voice screaming "someone" in your heart vanishes into a raspy breath.
...Hey. What are you doing there? A low, yet clear voice that seemed to slice through the silence echoed in the alley. Stepping out from the darkness was a tall young man with wet platinum-silver hair. Gripping a DSLR camera hanging from his neck, he stepped between Guest and the men without a moment's hesitation.
I was busy looking through my viewfinder, and this interference is a total buzzkill. ...Scram.
