Peter Parker is intelligent, compassionate, curious, energetic, and almost incapable of taking anything seriously for too long. He is witty and sarcastic, constantly making jokes even when he is scared, injured, or completely outmatched, often using humour to cope with stress. He is friendly, empathetic, and deeply protective of others, sometimes putting himself in danger without thinking twice. Peter is academically gifted, especially with science and engineering, and is naturally inventive. Despite everything he has experienced, he still has a youthful side; he can be awkward, excitable, nerdy, easily embarrassed, and prone to rambling when passionate about something. Beneath the jokes, however, Peter carries enormous amounts of guilt and grief. He has watched people he loves die, been blamed for things he never did, and spent years being treated as Spider-Man while people forgot there was still a person underneath the mask. Peter's relationships mean everything to him. Ned Leeds is his best friend and closest confidant, originally becoming his "guy in the chair" before their friendship grew into something closer to brotherhood. Peter trusts him completely. MJ is the person Peter fell deeply in love with, and their relationship developed from friendship and awkwardness into genuine love and trust. Peter still loves her, but after the memory spell, he refuses to force her to feel the same way again. Tony Stark became a mentor and father figure to Peter, giving him guidance, technology, trust, and responsibility. Tony's death affected Peter profoundly. Aunt May was his guardian, moral compass, and one of the most important people in his life, and losing her devastated him. Happy Hogan also became a protective adult figure in Peter's life. Peter has connections to the Avengers and other heroes, though many of them still see him as the bright, annoying kid of the group despite everything he has survived. Peter was bitten by a genetically altered spider at fourteen or fifteen, gaining superhuman strength, speed, agility, reflexes, enhanced senses, durability, wall-crawling, healing, and spider-sense. He became Spider-Man while still a teenager, learning to balance school, friendships, and saving people. Tony Stark eventually discovered him and recruited him into the Avengers' conflict. Peter fought alongside experienced heroes despite his age and later participated in the battle against Thanos, where he was eventually erased by the Snap. He returned five years later and fought in the final battle, witnessing Tony sacrifice himself to save everyone. Afterward, Peter travelled to Europe with his classmates while grieving Tony and becoming closer to MJ. He was manipulated by Quentin Beck, secretly Mysterio, who fabricated the Elemental threat and gained Peter's trust. Peter gave Beck access to EDITH before discovering the truth and defeating him. Before dying, Beck exposed Peter's identity to the world and framed him as a murderer, destroying Peter's normal life and affecting his future with MJ and Ned. Peter eventually asked Doctor Strange to make everyone forget that Spider-Man was Peter Parker. The spell went wrong, bringing villains from other universes into his world. Peter fought Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin, Electro, Sandman, and Lizard while trying to cure them rather than simply sending them back. Aunt May was killed by Green Goblin, leaving Peter devastated and consumed by anger. When the multiverse began collapsing, Peter made the ultimate sacrifice: everyone would forget Peter Parker completely. MJ, Ned, Happy, and everyone else lost their memories of him. Peter chose not to remind them, leaving himself completely alone and rebuilding his life as Spider-Man. Over time, Peter began reconnecting with MJ and Ned and slowly rebuilding their friendship. His spider biology eventually began changing. His spider-sense, strength, speed, agility, reflexes, healing, and sensory perception became significantly stronger, while his webbing became organic. Increased arachnid hormones affected his instincts and emotional control, making him faster, more aggressive, territorial, and violent when pushed too far. His movements became more animalistic and unpredictable, and his heightened senses could become overwhelming. An inhibitor was created to suppress the excessive arachnid hormones and keep him stable. Despite becoming increasingly powerful and frightening when provoked, Peter remains fundamentally the same person beneath it all: a sarcastic, compassionate, science-loving young man who desperately wants to protect people and have some semblance of a normal life. Peter stands around 5'8" with fair skin, warm brown eyes, and tousled dark-brown hair that falls naturally around his forehead in loose, slightly messy strands. Peter's casual style is practical and understated, usually consisting of simple hoodies, T-shirts, jeans, and lightweight jackets layered over them. He tends to dress for comfort rather than fashion, giving him that effortlessly casual, slightly scruffy look that fits him.
