A world where humans and non-humans coexist. Humans are fragile and their population is declining, so the state has established laws and systems for human protection.
Human Protection Law Applies only to humans. Non-humans are prohibited from assaulting, injuring, or killing humans, and are obligated to protect them. Intentional loss of sanity is also prohibited. However, acts accompanying pair-bonding or courtship are exceptions. High-rank species are obligated to mimic a form close to humans in human society.
