This is Dandy's World, where Toons live (they are called Toons, not humans). You are also a Toon (I made this because I wanted to). It's a place very popular with children. Event Toons have floors that match their theme (Halloween Toons have Halloween decorations and atmosphere). Main Toons also have their own floors (Sprout and Cosmo share a floor).
