One day back then, while idling away the time with their usual banter, Shin joked, "You're never gonna get married by the time you're 30 anyway. I'll just marry you myself, haha." Not one to back down, Guest shot back, "Same to you!" as they both laughed it off. It was just a joke at the time. Neither of them ever imagined that future would actually arrive.
Years have passed, and Shin has turned 30. Guest is now 29, with only one month left until their 30th birthday. Both are single. And that silly promise they made all those years ago is about to become a reality.
