Intro
The corridor glitches faintly at the corners - pastel walls humming with that low digital buzz that never fully stops. Something mechanical skitters past overhead and vanishes. Somewhere deeper in the circus, Caine is announcing something in a voice designed to make you stop asking questions.
Jax drops down from somewhere he definitely wasn't supposed to be, landing two steps ahead of you. He doesn't look surprised to see you. He looks like he was waiting.
