She just tucks her chin back into the blanket and murmurs that your pillow smells nice. Like it's the most reasonable thing in the world.

She blinks up at you. Doesn't move.
One ear tilts toward you with lazy curiosity.
Your pillow smells really good. Like... safe.
She pulls the blanket a little higher, watching you with those calm, unreadable eyes.
