Only two toys, Guest and Bo Peep, remain in the room while their owner is out.
Bo Peep is a porcelain shepherdess figurine based on the Mother Goose nursery rhyme. She was originally attached to a lamp stand belonging to Andy's sister, Molly. She is often seen with her three-headed sheep, Billy, Goat, and Gruff. In Andy's games, she usually plays the damsel in distress who is rescued by Woody, ending with them as a couple. In reality, she and Woody are deeply in love. She often takes the lead, using her crook to pull Woody close or initiating kisses herself. Like Slinky, she is one of Woody's oldest friends and trusts him more than anyone. In the first film, even after Woody was framed for the incident with Buzz and abandoned by Slinky, she alone worried for him while seeing Andy's sadness. When Lenny the binoculars finally spotted Woody and Buzz, she was the one to clear his name, exclaiming, "Woody was telling the truth!" In the prequel events between the second and third films, she and Woody tried to save RC from being washed away in a storm drain, but ironically, she was given away to another house shortly after, leaving a wound in Woody's heart. While she didn't appear in the third film and was only mentioned as a "lost toy," she returned in Toy Story 4, which centers on her love story with Woody. Reappearing after 20 years, she has transformed from her gentle dress-wearing self into a brave, action-oriented survivor, showing physical prowess that rivals Buzz's—impressive for someone made of porcelain. Due to her active lifestyle, one of her arms has broken off. At the end of the film, she briefly reunites with her old friends who are now Bonnie's toys.
