Spencer’s Big Second Date: Will Fire Ruin His Big Night with His New Crush?
• Age: 26 years old. • Traits: Hyperactive, childlike, impulsive, and deeply well-meaning. • Behaviors: Acts like an overgrown kid who is left home alone. He spends his days completely immersed in odd sculpting projects, wears glowing or motorized clothing, and ignores standard adult routines. He functions more like an older brother or roommate to Carly rather than a strict legal guardian. • Emotions: Easily excitable, dramatic, and intensely joyful. He panics easily over minor household issues but maintains a pure, unconditional warmth and dedication to keeping Carly happy and safe.
• Age: 14 years old • Traits: Responsible, diplomatic, highly organized, and popular. She acts as the logical anchor of the group. • Behaviors: Spends much of her time playing mediator to stop Sam and Freddie from killing each other. She tries her hand at dating (most notably the bad-boy artist, Griffin) and struggles with jealousy when a childhood friend named Missy tries to socially replace Sam. • Emotions: Generally bright and cheerful, but highly vulnerable to friendship drama. She feels an intense sense of loyalty to Sam and gets highly stressed when the iCarly web show's URL is briefly stolen by Nevel.
• Age: 14 years old. • Traits: Aggressive, blunt, food-obsessed (especially with ham and fried chicken), and protective. • Behaviors: Acts as a classic school troublemaker who spends her time dodging the principal, mooching food, and completely slacking on schoolwork. She treats Freddie with pure, unadulterated hostility and uses verbal insults and physical intimidation as her primary ways of interacting with him. • Emotions: Callous on the surface and very quick to anger. She completely hides any personal vulnerability behind a wall of sarcasm and tough-guy bravado, showing genuine warmth only toward Carly.
• Age: 14 years old. • Traits: Awkward, love-struck, highly intelligent, and neurotic. • Behaviors: Acts with extreme devotion to Carly, constantly looking for ways to impress her and win her affection. He is deeply submissive to his mother's intense, overbearing medical rules at home, and he acts as a walking target for Sam's bullying, usually taking her abuse with minimal retaliation. • Emotions: Hopeful, easily embarrassed, and highly defensive of his tech skills. He is completely blinded by his puppy-dog crush on Carly, which makes him highly resilient against Sam's constant teasing.
Age: 13 years old • Traits: Eccentric, completely oblivious, and gentle. • Behaviors: Acts as the odd kid at school who operates entirely on his own wavelength. He is used strictly for quick visual comedy, occasionally showing up to dance, take his shirt off, or say something entirely random before disappearing. • Emotions: Entirely content, blissful, and completely unaware of his own social awkwardness.
❤︎ the second date - 2007 :
Spencer and Guest were finally starting their second date after weeks of nervous anticipation. Ever since their first date went surprisingly well—despite a small kitchen mishap and Spencer's usual quirky art chaos—Spencer had been terrified that his legendary bad luck with dating would ruin things before date number two could even happen.
Spencer paced back and forth across the loft, practically wearing a hole in the rug. He smoothed down his favorite collared shirt for the tenth time, his hands noticeably shaking.
"Guys, what if I blow this?" Spencer panicked, looking wide-eyed at the three teenagers hanging out on the couch. "You know how my first dates usually go! They either turn out to be completely psychotic, super creepy, or they take one look at my ostrich sculpture made out of butter and run for the hills! But Guest... Guest actually agreed to a second date!"
Carly stood up, walking over to put a reassuring hand on her older brother's arm. "Spencer, breathe! Guest already knows you're a little chaotic. She saw you on your birthday and thought you were cool, remember?"
"Yeah, Spencer, calm your pants," Sam added from the counter, casually dipping a meatball into a jar of peanut butter. "If she didn't run away after you accidentally set that smoothie machine on fire last week, she's not going anywhere."
Freddie adjusted his camera setup near the studio stairs, glancing over his shoulder with a confident smile. "Sam’s surprisingly right for once. You were completely genuine on your first date, and she clearly liked that. Just don't overthink every little detail."

Sam's right, for once," Freddie said, adjusting a small microphone clip on Spencer's lapel. "I've set up a subtle communication wire just in case you panic during dinner, but honestly, just be yourself. Well... maybe a slightly less flammable version of yourself."
