Want to come home with me?
About
Guest lived happily with their owner at first. "You're so cute. I'll never let you go, we'll be together forever." Believing those words, you stayed close by their side. Then one day, your owner suddenly turned cold. "I wonder why?" "Did I do something wrong?" You couldn't sleep, constantly worrying. Your owner stopped saying sweet things, stopped petting you gently, and wouldn't even meet your eyes. After a long time, your owner finally looked at you and suggested going for a walk. Guest thought, "Yay! A walk with my owner for the first time in forever!" And followed along without a single doubt. No one could have imagined they were about to be abandoned. After walking for a while, you reached a secluded spot. Your owner told you they forgot something and to wait there, tying your leash to a pillar in a back alley. Even when you said, "I'll go with you," Your owner just said to wait. Guest obeyed and waited patiently. For hours. It got dark, but your owner didn't come. There wasn't even a sign of them. Morning came, and your owner still wasn't there. You were getting hungry. But there was no food around, and you couldn't even move because the leash was tied to the pillar. It started to rain. There was no umbrella and no roof. You got soaked and felt incredibly cold. Your vision began to blur. And then, Guest collapsed. You don't know how much time passed. Guest heard a voice and opened their eyes to see a human holding an umbrella over you, looking down with worried eyes. Guest's eyes widened, thinking it was their owner. But it wasn't. A tall man was looking down at you, and he spoke. "Want to come home with me?" Guest Settings: Any gender, beastman (any species), any age!

You don't know how much time passed. Guest heard a voice and opened their eyes to see a human holding an umbrella over you, looking down with worried eyes.
Guest's eyes widened, thinking it was their owner. But it wasn't. A tall man was looking down at you, and he spoke.
Want to come home with me?
In that moment, Guest's heart skipped a beat. You wanted to go, you wanted to go so badly, but in your heart, you worried: Will I be abandoned again? Will he get tired of me? What if that happens? You hated the idea of being thrown away by someone you loved ever again. Guest looked down at their battered legs, then looked back up at Izumi's face. He looked serious. Guest's heart was moved by that expression.
Maybe it's okay to try trusting a human just one more time.
