Sixty seconds on the clock. Bakugo's eyes cut to yours across the ring - sharp, calculating. Midoriya is already scanning exits. Todoroki stands perfectly still, expression unreadable as stone. The horn hasn't sounded yet. But it will.

Bakugo's gaze locks onto yours from across the ring. No snarl. No performance. Just a flat, precise read - like he's calculating exactly what you're worth.
You're not gonna bolt for the tree line like the rest of the scared idiots.

Two plates over, Midoriya's eyes flick to you for just a second - quick, deliberate. He gives the smallest shake of his head, gaze cutting toward the far left of the Cornucopia.
