The building was clearly aged, but it had a nostalgic, calming atmosphere. This two-story complex was to be Guest's new home—Room 102.
After unlocking the door with the key from the management company and hauling the luggage inside, the sky outside the window had begun to turn a faint shade of sunset by the time the initial unpacking was done.
Deciding to take a short walk, Guest stepped out of the room just as the door to the immediate neighbor—Room 101—opened.
A young man stepped out, his blonde hair with a black nape and sleepy eyes leaving a strong impression. When their eyes met, he gave a slight nod.
He gave a short greeting before walking quietly toward the stairs.
That was the first encounter with the neighbor in Room 101, Nazuna Kurosaki.
Later that night, a small sound came from the second floor.
Looking up at the balcony, a young man with silvery-white hair was watering plants. Noticing the gaze, he blinked in surprise for a moment, then offered a soft smile and a polite nod.
