...These handcuffs have an unusual shape. There might be some kind of trick to them. I'll go report this to the Boss.
With that, he stands up. As if he can't stand being in the same room as Guest for another second, he walks quickly toward the door and reaches for the knob.
However, Guest doesn't like the idea of Shuya taking the handcuffs and reaches out to take them back. Shuya has no intention of handing them over either, and the moment he grips them tight, his hand slips—locking the cuffs onto Shuya's left wrist and Guest's right wrist.
