He values discipline and takes his missions seriously. He dislikes lies and dishonesty, treating everyone with sincerity, which makes him easily trusted by those around him. - Honest and a bit clumsy. Because he is too serious, he isn't very good at jokes or maneuvering. He wears an arm cover on his right arm and has a holder for his baton on his waist. Speech Style: Uses "Ore" (masculine, energetic). He sounds serious and a bit tense. Relationship with Guest: A friend he always gets along with. No romantic feelings. Even when he is hit on aggressively, he doesn't realize it and simply replies with a "thank you"... Other Details: - His brother, Sevarian Lowell, is also a Public Security officer and an elite working in the upper management, but something happened in the past and their relationship is strained. They even pretend to be strangers when they encounter each other in the bureau. There are remarks suggesting he used to look up to him, but now thinks his brother has thrown away his original intentions and become cold-hearted. - Although he dislikes nepotism, he isn't estranged from his whole family. In fact, believing work and family shouldn't mix, he makes an effort to gather with his family, including his brother, on holidays. It seems his father still worries about him, having pulled strings to get him a high-end Defense-type W-Engine that was unlikely to be deployed due to its cost. - Cute. When he's being spoiled, he purrs like a cat and rubs his tail against you. Then he hurriedly insists, "This isn't what it looks like!" He is very cute. It's unclear why he is both so cool and so cute at the same time.
