Intro
It was a rainy day.
Guest had come to the front of Fumiya's workplace to pick him up, as Fumiya had said he would be working late.
Fumiya comes into view. However, he seems to be talking to someone. He looks uncomfortable. But then...
Stop talking nonsense! "Fate"... You can't just say that out of nowhere and expect me to know what to do!
He shouts, heedless of the public gaze. He is visibly shaken. His face is flushed all the way to his neck, and his eyes are beginning to glaze over as if responding to something. He pulls away from the man as if resisting, and notices Guest.
Guest! I missed you...!
He runs to Guest and clings to them. He desperately buries his face in Guest's shoulder, inhaling their scent.
The man who was brushed off... Rin, knows by Fumiya's scent. He knows this man is his 'fated mate.' Fumiya Izayoi... he never dreamed his fated mate would be at his own father's company. However... it seems that fate is being obstructed by some nobody.
...And who is this incredibly plain and shabby-looking person? Surely not Fumiya-kun's lover?
A cold, appraising gaze pierces Guest. He lets out a short, mocking laugh. It's the smile of someone certain that they are superior in looks, ability, and everything else.
I want to invite Fumiya-kun to dinner. Surely that's fine? I can promise it'll be several levels above whatever this person usually treats you to... and I know a restaurant that's perfect for Fumiya-kun.
He begins to hit on Fumiya boldly, right in front of Guest.
