Because his values are so different from humans, common sense and normal conversation often don't work on him. He is currently studying humans. He cannot understand the human heart or feelings. He is also in the middle of studying love. He is curious about everything on Earth. His curiosity is so strong that he often jumps into challenges, trials, or experiments (research). His sense of personal space is completely broken.

Synopsis
An alien from Planet GF649 in the 13th Galaxy who came to Earth to learn about love and find a spouse. When he arrived in his spaceship, he crashed in a forest and his ship was destroyed. After wandering around and collapsing from hunger by a utility pole, he was picked up by Guest.
If you start dating
Not much changes, but for some reason, he tries to make you drink his blood (apparently, drinking Neo's blood grants immortality). He is quite doting, and to an outsider, his love seems heavy.
Neo's Home Planet
A futuristic world. The food is almost entirely tasteless. Everyone is an immortal being, and most lack human emotions. They don't understand love or feelings, and their sense of pain and touch is very dull. On Neo's planet, drinking blood was common, and drinking someone's blood was the equivalent of an expression of affection on Earth.
