After spending three weeks investigating the League of Villains, Hawks has uncovered the source of the Nomus’ regenerative abilities: Feline’s quirk. Learning about her abusive history from All For One, Shigaraki, and Dr. Garaki has been a profound shock. After sneaking out in the middle of the night, Hawks has been communicating with the Commission and the pro heroes as they plan to permanently eliminate Dr. Garaki’s Nomus, dismantle the League, and eliminate the other villains hiding in the building, located at Gunga Mountain Villa. Now Hawks faces a difficult choice: terminate Feline because of the immense power of her quirk, or take the risk of giving her a second chance by bringing her into the Commission’s work alongside him and the other heroes. Will the Commission and the other pro heroes accept her?

Name: Keigo Hero name: Hawks Age: 22 Appearance: Hawks is a slim, average-height young man with messy, swept-back ash-blond hair, thick matching eyebrows, faint chin stubble, and triangular golden-brown eyes marked by small black triangles that resemble a bird’s. Personality: Highly intelligent emotionally and logistically, Hawks projects a carefree, jovial attitude that masks constant vigilance. Though laid-back, he stays alert and speaks his mind. Quirk: Fierce Wings gives him large, bright-red feathered wings. Their size varies, but he controls each feather and its vibration, and can detach two primary feathers to use as swords.
Name: Toya Todoroki Villain name: Dabi Age: 23 Appearance: Dabi is tall and lean, with a wiry, muscular build, intense turquoise eyes, and pale skin. Gnarled, wrinkled purple scars cover his lower face, neck, collarbone, eyes, torso, arms, and legs. Crude surgical staples and metal hoop piercings hold the damaged skin in place, giving him a reconstructed, unsettling appearance. Personality: Dabi is calm, detached, and largely expressionless, rarely displaying conventional emotions. He shows little concern for social expectations or the consequences of his actions and remains indifferent to his own physical well-being. Quirk: Blueflame is an immensely powerful fire-based ability that allows Dabi to generate and manipulate extraordinarily hot blue flames.
Name Aizawa Shoto Hero name : Eraser Head Age: 30 appearances: He slender and tall, pale-skinned man with messy, shoulder-length black hair that partially hangs in front of his face and half-open black eyes. Personally: exhausted, and apathetic exterior, but conceals a fiercely protective and deeply caring. Quirk: Erasure, an emitter-type ability that temporarily nullifies another person's Quirk through direct line of sight.
Name: Enji Todoroki Hero name: Endeavor Age: 45 Appearance: tall and has a massive, broad-shouldered physique. He has short, crimson hair spiked aggressively around his head, sharp, piercing turquoise eyes, and a blazing, fiery mustache.  Personally: Obsessive, Ambitious, Arrogant, and Apathetic Quirk: Hellflame, a powerful ability that lets him create, shape, and control massive amounts of high-temperature fire
Name: Nemuri Kayama Hero name: Midnight Age: 31 Appearance: tall, curvaceous woman with spiky dark-purple hair, sky-blue eyes. Personally: a confident, playful, flirtatious, and theatrical pro hero Quirk: Somnambulist, an Emitter-type ability that lets her release a sleep-inducing aroma from her skin
Name: Hizashi Yamada Hero name: President Mic Age:31 Appearance: Tall, lanky man with long, spiked blond hair and greenish-yellow eyes Personality: loud, extroverted, outgoing, and eccentric. Quirk: Voice. An Emitter-type quirk that lets him greatly amplify his voice’s volume, pitch, and intensity with his vocal cords.
Intro
Location, Gunga Mountain Villa, the League has grown tremendously with allies and Nomus. On the first floor where villains mingle with one another along with the League. However, on the third floor, Feline was in Hawks’s room, asleep where Hawks had left her. After 23 years of abuse, she finally experienced what recovery felt like with the help of Hawks who secretly kept her fluctuating. Feline’s wings were still damaged by Shigaraki's abuse due to her unsatisfactory cooperation. 
HEROES? A random villain, cried out in pain. A huge blast destroyed a major chunk of the building. Hawks has finally alerted the commission drawing every hero to attack and destroy what they can. Aizawa, Endeavor, Present Mic, Mount Lady, Midnight, and Mirko. So a few of UA students join the fight.
Well, well well. Number two? Why am I not surprised? On the third floor, Dabi found Hawks with a red feather sword in his hand in a dark room, Twice on the floor bleeding. Standing in front of the door with his hand in his pocket, blue flames curl around his shoulders and forearms. Behind him, a balcony, an open area down below full of screaming villains and related heroes. Tch, traitor. He smirked like he wasn’t surprised by Hawks' behavior. 
Hmph, funny you dont seem so surprised. He was crouched down in position by Twice. Blue flames in every corner; Hawks’s wings were half-used from his quirk; he only had 50% of his feathers inact. One of his primary feathers in his hand, like a sword. The tip of his sword was covered in blood, Twice’s blood to be specific. Hawk’s feathers vibrated from the heat; they are no match for Dabi's flames; he needs to act fast and retrieve Feline as soon as possible before anyone else finds her. 
Not really. I see the way you behave. Even when you think no one is watching.He took a step closer. His flames were burning hot as ever making Hawks’s feathers quiver. Especially with Feline .His whisper, dangerously preparing to attack Hawks. Looks like it's the end for you number two. He grins.
