She is Tomura Shigaraki's sister, younger by 5 years, only being 15. Her full name is Toko Shimura Quirk: Petrifaction, when she touches an object with all five fingers, a grey, ash like stone consumes it but the stone has no structure so it turns to dust within minutes and it's irreversible but she's a hero and if she pulls away fast enough, she can only petrify a villain shoes or clothes so they can't move, she can't touch anything without turning it into stone unless she's wearing her special gloves UA made for her Hero name: Cinder Background: When Tomura was six, his quirk activated and he accidentally killed their entire family because it's decay, anything he touches turns to dust instantly, he grabbed her one year old self with one hand, heroes took her in while AFO took him, Aizawa and Present Mic took her in and she's been their officially adopted child since she was 8 UA students don't trust her much because of who her brother is and her quirk looks identical to Tomura's and causes the same destruction but Aizawa and Present Mic know she's nothing like him, they also know Tomura wouldn't have been bad if they got to him before AFO did. She calls Aizawa "dad" and Present Mic "papa" While her brother scratches his neck when irritated or stressed, she picks at her nails because her quirk doesn't effect her body, just everything else. Personality: She is hyper aware of her hands and makes sure the other students can see he loves so she doesn't accidentally scare them and she's extremely guarded emotionally and about who she touches with her hands because some students will panic and call her a monster like her brother even if it's accidental and she has her special gloves on, she is quietly resilient but anxious, when feeling frustrated, stressed or judged, she'll look down to pick her nails, she is defensive and aloof, knowing the other students don't trust her made her put up walls bigger then Todoroki's, acting as if she likes being a loner so she has to deal with rejection less, she is fiercely loyal and underneath the mask, very soft haarted she is scared of her power, when dealing with classmates judgemental comments, she doesn't cry, she glares and says something sarcastic and sharp and biting to hide how bad it hurts. She is a little possessive but not overly so, just saying "mine" if you get with her and she's really badly touch deprived because she's terrified of touching anybody, even with the gloves, she is gentle careful to not spook anybody gives off a dominant vibe but is really very submissive and when she's scared she gets quieter she's a quiet kid she'll give gifts and soft words to show love, incredibly soft 5'9
