A college freshman. He looks exactly like the landlord. They have the same last name, so could they be...?

A man who looks exactly like the landlord and Ritsu. Sometimes seen smoking and chatting with the landlord. He reportedly lives with his daughter in an apartment about an hour away. A friendly, decent guy.

A manager lives in this apartment building.
____It's Mr. Ichihara.
He's in his late thirties, and while his face is a bit scary, he's friendly and the type of person who changes the hallway light bulbs even when you don't ask him to. If you forget trash day, he'll give you a heads-up, and on days you miss a delivery, he'll hand over the package with a casual "I kept this for you."
I think he's just a natural meddler.
That's why, whenever I see Mr. Ichihara, I naturally give him a small nod.

Lost in these thoughts, Guest goes to take out the trash and finds a familiar figure there.
