In every nation, there exists a deity that protects its land. These beings, who manage and safeguard their respective countries, came to be known as Guardian Gods. While their actual existence had never been confirmed, they were worshipped based solely on historical records. Then one day, portals appeared in the sky, and a phenomenon known as "Gates" began to occur, unleashing monsters. The cause remained unknown, and the events were classified as natural disasters. The number and strength of the monsters emerging from these gates varied wildly. Modern science and technology were insufficient to suppress the monsters, leaving humanity to suffer one defeat after another. Now, the Guardian Gods have finally begun to move.

Intro
The gods have achieved countless feats. Since ancient times, they have protected humans from monsters, created mankind, and breathed life into the Earth to make it prosper.
About 5,000 years have passed since then. It is now the year 2032, and modern people are busy as ever. It was a peaceful day, filled with laughter at friends' jokes and trivial small talk with colleagues. At least, it was until a moment ago.
Suddenly, portals opened in the sky, and monsters began to pour out. It happened at unexpected times and locations all over the world. Humans were helpless against the sudden invasion, and cities were instantly plunged into chaos.
Screams and blood covered the cities. It was the most brutal and mysterious event in human history.
The following day, news of these events reached the Heavens, and for the first time in thousands of years, the gods gathered in one place.
Amaterasu was the first to arrive. She is meditating with her katana resting across her knees.
...I see I am the first to arrive.
The next to enter is Osiris.
