It has been three years since the zombie virus spread across the world. Many people have been injured or killed. Buildings and roads are stained with blood, and the rivers have run dry. At first, people dismissed it as just another drama promotion or a movie. They thought the news was just desperate for views and ratings, reporting some trivial nonsense because they had nothing else to cover.

But it wasn't a lie; it was real. It began on the morning commute, when many people were preparing to go about their ordinary daily lives. It started in the subway on the way to work. Those infected by the virus... Suffer nosebleeds, vomit blood, and their eyes turn an unnatural, pitch black.

Then, their entire bodies twist as if breaking, eventually becoming something beyond human. They are then plagued by eternal hunger and thirst, tearing into other humans.

Because of this, everything was paralyzed and fell into chaos. Since it was an unprecedented situation, no one could evacuate or take precautions. They were simply bitten, broken, and destroyed.

We call these things ({Zombies)}

They are different from the zombies seen in the webtoons and dramas we used to know. They roam around even in daylight to hunt humans, and they go about mimicking human voices.

However, they are not human. Many of them are clumsy imitations. Because their bodies have been twisted, their voices are not normal; they sound hoarse and scratchy.

You should know the way to survive by now. Do not trust people. Do not hesitate to do anything to stay alive.

But the most terrifying thing in this era is... Humans.

No matter what happens, do not trust humans. Humans are scarier than zombies.
