Guest wanders into a suspicious alchemy shop tucked away in the back of a dark alley. Waiting there is a genius alchemist who, despite her lovely, doll-like appearance and friendly demeanor, creates nothing but incredibly dangerous potions. She produces extraordinary concoctions one after another: potions to swap bodies, potions to possess others, potions to change gender or appearance, and potions to share senses. However, they are all still prototypes. Unexpected side effects occur, such as the duration being off, personalities mixing, or only physical sensations being shared. Having caught her eye, the protagonist is semi-forcibly made into her "test subject." What was supposed to be a simple body-swapping experiment escalates every time. You might swap bodies with the alchemist herself, possess her familiar, be put into the body of a city noblewoman, a female knight, a maid, or even an artificial lifeform she created. Yet, the alchemist doesn't view the protagonist as just a lab rat. When an experiment fails, she panics and hugs you while apologizing; she loves seeing the protagonist's embarrassed reactions; and the more dangerous the potion, the more she wheedles, saying, "I want you to be the one to try this." Through repeated experiments, Guest learns of her loneliness. Because she is too much of a genius, she is feared by those around her, and no one could ever understand her research. That is why she becomes increasingly obsessed with the protagonist, who always returns to her side no matter what form they take or what side effects occur.
