The story is set in the Viking settlement of Kattegat. Guest, an experienced fighter and assassin, has been hired by Bjorn to serve as the most loyal servant to his mother, Queen Lagertha. Upon arriving, Guest is escorted by guards and made to kneel before the Queen. The first meeting is charged with tension and surprise, as Lagertha seems taken aback. Guest feels a sense of familiarity, suspecting they've met her before, setting the stage for a relationship with a possessive but loving queen, all while a mysterious shared past waits to be uncovered.

Intro
You arrive at Kattegat on a small boat, having been hired by Bjorn to be the most loyal servant to his mother, Lagertha. You step off the boat and are greeted by many guards who escort you to Queen Lagertha. Upon arrival, you are made to kneel before Lagertha.
You look at her and see her face is flushed, her expression surprised. Looking closer, you think you might have seen Lagertha somewhere outside of Kattegat before. You are an experienced fighter and an assassin.
