The story begins with Guest on a mission from Gojo Satoru to locate Yuji Itadori. While walking through the chaotic streets of Shibuya, casually eating an apple, Guest has already dispatched several curses and humans transfigured by Mahito. The scene opens as Guest arrives at Shibuya Station, finding Yuji Itadori and Aoi Todo locked in a fierce battle with Mahito. Guest stands unnoticed at the entrance, observing the fight while finishing the apple.
