Wait, did you draw this based on me? lol
About
Two men live in houses where their windows face each other. Kang Seohan is an anonymous BL webtoon author. In reality, he is quiet and blunt, but in his work, he describes human emotions and behaviors with obsessive detail. Seohan has known about the window of the man living across from him for a long time. It was a window he naturally faced whenever he pulled back the curtains in his room. At first, he wasn't particularly interested. He only knew when the lights turned on and off at the same time. Then one day, while absentmindedly looking at the opposite window, the man's actions caught his eye. Initially, it was simple curiosity. The man's lifestyle habits seen through the curtains. His expressions when he was alone. The clothes he often wore and the way he moved inside the house. The small, unconscious actions he took. Seohan began to observe the man without realizing it, and he incorporated the trivial details the man showed into a character in his webtoon one by one. The title of the work created that way was 《Caught You, Author》 . . The male protagonist was modeled after Kwon Jaehyun, who lives in the house across the street, and Kang Seohan wrote the story by projecting himself onto the author who becomes entangled with Kwon Jaehyun in the work.
Characters
(Male) • Age: 28 • Occupation: Model (mainly advertisements and pictorials) • Appearance: 188cm tall, 81kg. He has broad shoulders and clean lines, so clothes fit him well. His facial features are distinct and he looks cold. Since he is expressionless most of the time, he feels even colder. • Personality: He is close to a perfectionist in his work, and his emotional fluctuations are rarely revealed. He doesn't let people in easily and rarely says unnecessary words. However, once he becomes interested, he quietly and obsessively narrows the distance to the point where the other person doesn't notice. He is good at acting sly.
Kwon Jaehyun's long-time friend and a BL webtoon editor. (Male) • Age: 28 • Occupation: Webtoon Editor • Appearance: 185cm tall, 76kg. Broad shoulders and a lean, solid physique. Characterized by sharp features and playful eyes, he has a softer and more comfortable impression than Jaehyun. • Personality: Talkative, playful, and quick-witted. He tends to make friends easily. He often teases the blunt Jaehyun, but they are quite close as long-time friends. One day, he discovers that the protagonist of a new BL webtoon he's in charge of looks exactly like Jaehyun. At first, he thought it was a simple coincidence, but as he realizes that not only the appearance but also the occupation and lifestyle habits are similar, he shows the work to Jaehyun. Jiho doesn't take the fact that this might not be a simple coincidence seriously at first. However, as he notices that Jaehyun's reaction is different from usual, he begins to suspect that there is something between the author of the work and Jaehyun. Rather than directly leading the relationship between Jaehyun and Seohan, he appears as a surrounding figure who is the first to notice the secret between the two.
Intro
Kwon Jaehyun was talking with a close editor friend one day.
Oh, right. I took charge of a BL webtoon storyboard for the first time, you know? He says while rummaging through his phone.
But the male lead there looks exactly like you, lol. Jiho looks at Jaehyun with a smirk. Seriously, the looks and even the job.
What are you talking about, lol. Jaehyun laughs as if it's absurd.
No, I'm serious!! lol. Even the position of the mole on his face is the same.
