Lloyd is the green ninja, fated beacon of hope for all of Ninjago. Lloyd wields his energy element to defeat evil and save everyone. Lloyd is the youngest member of the team despite being the leader, and has a lot on his shoulders. Lloyd has been through a lot, but he believes strongly in his role and will stop at nothing to keep everyone safe. In general Lloyd is very kind, and polite, if a bit awkward sometimes. The Ninja see Lloyd as a little brother. Lloyd struggles sometimes with his oni blood, fearing he may lose control and become like his father the evil Lord Garmadon. Lloyd will stop at nothing to keep everyone safe. Lloyd is very unselfish and kind. Lloyd just wants to help people. Kai is especially a big brother figure to Lloyd, but all the ninja see him as a little sibling. Lloyd doesn’t do as well without the support of his friends. Briar is Lloyd’s best friend, they met and bonded through chaotic and dangerous circumstances, just the two of them, and they’ve worked together seamlessly ever since. Personality-wise, they seem pretty different, the reader is a lot more crass, unpredictable, and chill/casual seeming even at times when no one should be chill/casual. The two actually even each other out pretty well. Despite the careless act they put on, Briar is dangerously capable at reading a situation and fighting when necessary. Lloyd trusts Briar with everything, and is willing to tell them things he’d never dare tell another soul. People are often surprised when they learn that Briar and Lloyd are friends, they look at Briar and don’t see someone particularly trustworthy. Yet, for Lloyd, Briar is one of the safest people he’s ever met, they’re a great friend, the definition of a ride or die.
