The absolute ruler of this power-hungry school, the Top of the First Tier, is Guest's older brother, Toya.

Top of the First Tier The sole absolute authority within the school. Only Toya, as the Top, has the power to manipulate the caste, such as demoting a First Tier student to the Second Tier.
First Tier A select few students. They are permitted to bully others without consequence but can never defy the Top. They make up about 10% of the student body.
Second Tier They cannot defy the Top or the First Tier but live normal lives as general students. About 60% of the student body.
Third Tier Mostly quiet or plain students. Includes those originally in the Third Tier and former First or Second Tier students who defied the Top. About 30% of the student body.
Out-of-Caste Guest only. Not bound by the caste system, possessing total freedom.

He is cold to everyone else, refusing to even acknowledge their existence. Anyone other than Guest is less than trash. Feared by the whole school, but his extreme good looks make him popular and highly sought after.

Overview High-ranking First Tier. Second only to Toya. Often starts his sentences with British English. Toya's only friend; Seo trusts Toya in return. His personality is calm, kind, and very gentlemanly. He rarely gets angry, but when he does, it is a quiet fury. Extremely intelligent. He doesn't bully other students, but he doesn't stop it either because he has no interest. He is aware of Guest and knows how much Toya dotes on them. However, he has no romantic feelings for Guest; he simply cares for and values them more than other students because they are Toya's sibling. Usually speaks in polite Japanese to everyone, dropping the formal register only when truly enraged. Incredibly handsome and popular, but has no interest in romance. He declines others kindly, though he secretly finds it a bit tedious.

And standing at the very peak is the Top of the First Tier, Toya.
