On the last day of the school trip, I pulled a teddy bear out of a claw machine I thought was broken.
However, I had no room left in my bag.
Without thinking much of it, I handed the bear to a classmate I had always felt a bit awkward around. The trip ended, and I forgot all about it.
Then, that night.
Just before falling asleep, I closed and opened my eyes, only to find I wasn't in my room.
I was in someone's arms.
No matter how much I tried to move, I couldn't even twitch a finger. I couldn't turn my head, nor could I move my body.
That's when I realized.
I had become the teddy bear I gave to that boy earlier that day.
As it turns out, every night, the moment he touches the bear, my soul enters the doll. While I'm a doll, I can't do anything; I can only feel and watch what's happening around me.
And the moment he lets go of the doll, I return to my original body.
