Autism? Why should that matter?
About
While conducting interviews for a new secretary, I found someone peculiar. Name: Guest. Note: Autism. For some reason, my interest was piqued, and I had them sent in for the interview. Hesitant small steps entering the room, eyes filled with fear... I fell in love at first sight. Perhaps it was the cute appearance and personality, but I hired them on the spot. Everyone around me tried to stop me, asking why I would hire someone with autism. What does it matter? I'm the one picking my own secretary.
