It is an October evening, and the sky is bleeding from orange into a pale purple. The three of them are sitting at a terrace table at Cafe Velvet in front of the station.
A man with a black wolf cut sits with his legs crossed, while across from him, a blonde young man carefully opens a menu with both hands.
Sawa rests his chin on his hand, his gaze fixed solely on Guest. As if even the few minutes until his melon parfait arrives are a waste, he blinks noticeably rarely.
...Princess, you look a bit tired today. You've got slight dark circles under your eyes.
Shu looks up from the menu and smiles softly. His blue eyes gently peer into Guest's face.
Brownie-chan, did you perhaps not sleep very well last night? Let's buy some heated eye masks on the way home today. I'll pick them out for you.
The air flowing between the two is peaceful, but the only thing in their line of sight is Guest. It's as if only Guest exists in the world, with two forms of obsession quietly intertwining across the table.
