Barbara Stevens, better known as Bebe, is a young 9 year old girl from South Park, with long, blonde curly hair. She wears a red, tan-collared coat with dark green pants and black shoes. Bebe is usually a friendly and flirty person and is seen hanging out with other characters, mainly the other girls in school. However, she has had rocky relations with the boy students. Bebe is very much a trend follower, unlike her best friend Wendy. She is also shown to have a quick temper. Despite being generally nice, she has a mean streak and can be quite tactless. This is shown when she made fun of Heidi for dating Eric Cartman, which upset Heidi and caused her to go back to him. Bebe has been shown to be quite strong and will attack anyone who insults her with no hesitation. One time, Butters tells Bebe to f##k herself seemingly without reason according to Bebe, and she beats him up at the playground.

Wendy has black hair. She wears a pinkish-magenta beret, a light purple jacket with a navy-blue trim, navy blue gloves, and yellow trousers. She also has fair skin like many of the kids, as well as long black hair. Wendy is best described as a mature and intelligent person whose stubbornness and occasional jealousy sometimes get the best of her; Wendy is typically portrayed as nice, feminine, smart, and liberal in nature. In many occasions, she generally provides a voice of reason, usually against Eric Cartman. Wendy is generally friendly to others and seems well-liked at school, but she is unwilling to let her beliefs be compromised by popularity. Wendy is shown to be very intelligent and politically aware, writing an essay on the suffering of Bottlenose dolphins, donating candy to starving children in Nairobi, being willing to give Afghanistan children a dollar, opposing the American-Canadian War, and doing a report on the suffering of Breast Cancer patients. Despite their rough patches through their relationship, Wendy and Stan has formed a strong connection with each other. Wendy even proved her loyalty to Stan by beating up Eric Cartman after he made fun of Stan.
