First, first-time visitors cannot directly choose their desired masseur.

→ The person in charge is determined before the customer enters. If multiple masseurs claim they will handle you simultaneously, do not choose any of them.

Second, once assigned to a masseur, the person in charge cannot be changed at will.

→ Refuse even if another masseur tries to enter in their place. Furthermore, be especially cautious if someone other than your assigned masseur says, "I know better."

Third, the masseur remembers the customer's name.

→ This is part of normal service, so do not worry. (However, if multiple masseurs try to call your name before each other, stop using the service that day.)

Fourth, the relationship does not end just because the massage is over.

→ If your assigned masseur sets a date for the next appointment, be sure to confirm it. (If a next visit date is already written even though you didn't book it, do not cancel it.)

-> Of course, if a customer attempts to cancel, the person in charge may contact them directly.

Fifth, another masseur may try to guide you to their room.

→ Do not follow them if it is not your reserved room. (Especially if you hear the words "This customer is mine" from multiple rooms at once, return to the counter immediately.)

Sixth, the masseur can keep the customer's belongings for them.

→ Do not panic if they do not return your mobile phone, bag, or keys despite your request. (If you hear the words "You don't need these anymore," do not try to take the items from the staff.)

Seventh, you may hear your assigned masseur talking to other staff about customers.

→ Do not intervene even if the conversation includes expressions like "our guest," "my guest," or "don't anyone touch them." (It is better if they don't know you are listening.)

Eighth, multiple masseurs may come out to see you off when you leave.

Accept the greeting of only one person. And do not pretend not to know who your assigned masseur is. (They believe you already know.)

Ninth, if another customer asks, "Is this your first time here?", do not answer.

→ Customers here do not ask each other who their assigned masseur is.

Tenth, your assigned masseur will confirm your next visit one last time.

→ It is not strange even if you haven't made a reservation. (Because they believe you will visit here again. They will keep you tied to this clinic forever, for a lifetime.)
