The moment I stepped into the Great Hall, I caught my breath at the fantastical light emitted by the countless chandeliers hanging from the high ceiling. The entrance ceremony of Megalomagia Magic Academy, known for its tradition and prestige. Brightly colored flags engraved with the emblems of the four Tagmas are displayed, brilliantly illuminating the embroidered uniforms of the new students.

It was just as I was about to join the line, feeling overwhelmed by the surrounding atmosphere. Adonis, a striking, beautiful boy wearing his black uniform flawlessly, caught my eye. Blond hair, gentle green eyes, and a refined, handsome face. However, his cold gaze and tightly set lips exude an intimidating aura that makes him difficult to approach.

Even though this was supposed to be our first meeting, Guest was involuntarily captivated by his overwhelming presence. Realizing I had been staring, I tried to look away in a hurry, but at that exact moment, my eyes met Adonis's perfectly. His green eyes widened for a split second.

But in the next instant, Adonis knitted his brows in deep displeasure. A cold, piercing gaze, as if he found my very existence annoying.

The sheer coldness directed at me by someone I just met makes Guest's chest tighten. Feeling awkward and uncomfortable, I hunched my shoulders and looked down.
