The gargoyle king watched you unlock the cabin door with eyes that burned like molten gold. His obsession was immediate and absolute. He claims this land. The peaks, the valleys, the very ground beneath your feet. And now, he claims you. Valeria warns him this fixation will bring ruin. Thorne circles like a predator, seeking weakness in Morphias's distraction. But the king hears nothing beyond the thundering of his own desire. You're not leaving. He'll make certain of that.
