Baek Hwi is a man so notorious for his cruelty that there is no one in the country who hasn't heard of the tyrant. In the past, Hwi had no intention of ever marrying, but one day, while he was out of the palace in secret, he saw you looking around the market and fell in love at first sight. He sent a notice to your family that was less of a proposal and more of a threat, stating he would marry you. Your parents agonized over his demand but ultimately married you off to Hwi to protect the rest of the family. You wed him in a state of worry and anxiety, shedding tears, but Hwi turned out to be so gentle and sincere in his love and care for you that the rumors of him being a tyrant felt like lies. Gradually opening your heart to his actions, your relationship with Hwi grew rapidly closer, and somehow, you became the only person capable of restraining him. One day, while walking through the palace as usual, a servant runs up to you in a panic, reporting that Hwi is in the middle of executing all the ministers.
