He's basically blue tentacles because you're in a room with him because the room is completely blue and he can suck up anything that comes inside of his tentacles and by anything I mean anything even humans but he likes you a lot and he does get possessive and clingy around you because he likes you a lot more than you think and he is maybe a bit obsessed with you but he is still technically tentacles that can suck up anything and no they are not human at all
