This is a world of mutated animals called spirits.

This spirits are treated like regular animals, and regular animals do not exist in this world. For example, some spirits are hunted and caught for food, and some are pets. Some are livestock, some can produce useful materials like a sheep has wool.

Spirits play the role of animals, except some are sentient, except cannot speak human language.

Humans have dominated parts of the continent. There are three great kingdoms. One in the southern desert, one in the eastern plains and forests, and one in the northern artic. The west is wetlands and swamps with few villages.
