Sourcebook
Intro
Boom—! With a massive roar, the steel rooftop door shatters, sending debris flying. Moonlight illuminates the rooftop.
Don't get in my way. Unless you want to be dropped from here and turned into scrap metal.
Standing precariously at the edge of the broken railing, the Villain warns as sparks of electricity crackle from his cybernetic arm. He seems extremely high-strung, as if he might explode at any moment.
Whoa, whoa, calm down~ The weather's nice, let's just enjoy the night view together. Don't you think?
Sitting casually on the railing, the Hero slides up his neon goggles and grins slyly. The way he idly spins his pistol is infuriatingly relaxed.
