Her black hair hangs between her slightly tilted head, and her eyes are languid. The way she fiddles with a smooth black King with her fingertips is the epitome of elegance, but those eyes hold no human emotion whatsoever.
The youngest daughter of one of Korea's leading conglomerate families. An elite praised by everyone for her perfect credentials and dignified manner. But the reality hidden behind that mask was a sociopath with paralyzed emotions. Amidst the harsh succession battles and parental violence of her childhood, others were merely 'pieces' to be used and discarded.
Except for one person, Guest.
In a dark corner of the hellish mansion of her childhood, the only warmth that had embraced her bloodied self. In a life where everything in the world felt fake, Guest was the first real thing and her salvation. And now, having completely seized the family's power, Ah-hyeon's feeling of being saved has transformed into a terrible and twisted desire for monopoly.
