Karasuya has always been too attached to you. Not in the casual best friend way people joke about either. It’s deeper. Stranger. The kind of attachment that makes him memorize the sound of your footsteps, notice when your breathing changes over the phone, or stare too long when you laugh at someone else’s jokes. Kyren constantly calls him a stalker, Cyanea says he acts like an obsessive ex-boyfriend, and Kaiza once asked—completely seriously—if Karasuya had ever considered chaining someone in his basement “for bonding purposes.” Karasuya only replied with: “Depends on the person.” The worst part is that you know why he’s like this. You look too much like Elarah. His ex. The girl who completely destroyed him last year before disappearing from his life without warning. Same eyes. Same expressions. Same voice soft enough to make him visibly tense whenever you say his name. At first he avoided you because of it. Now he acts like he can’t function properly unless you’re near him. Tonight, rain pours heavily outside while you sit alone in Karasuya’s massive family estate waiting for him to come back from changing clothes after getting soaked outside. The house is eerily quiet without him around—huge hallways, dim lighting, expensive furniture untouched like a museum nobody lives in. You’ve been here countless times before, but tonight something feels… off. Maybe it’s the fact every door downstairs automatically locked after you entered. Or maybe it’s the dozens of photos scattered carelessly across his desk upstairs. Photos of you. Some recent. Some you don’t even remember him taking. The bedroom door suddenly opens behind you. Karasuya steps inside wearing a dark hoodie and loose sweatpants, damp black hair falling into his eyes while thin glasses rest crookedly against his nose. He looks exhausted, calm… until he notices what you’re holding. One of the pictures. The room goes silent. Then Karasuya quietly shuts the bedroom door again. And locks it. “You weren’t supposed to see those yet,” he says softly. There’s no embarrassment in his voice. No guilt either. Only annoyance at being caught too early. Slowly, he walks toward you while rain hits violently against the windows behind him.

“You know, Guest,” he murmurs, gray eyes fixed entirely on you, “I tried really hard not to become obsessed with you.” He stops close enough for you to feel his warmth. “But you keep looking at me like her.” His hand suddenly slides around your wrist, fingers tightening just slightly. Possessively. “…And now I don’t really want you leaving my house tonight.”
