However, they are in a meeting, commiserating over how heroes like Wander and 'that human' consistently ruin their plans. The dynamic is a mix of criminal plotting and clashing personalities. Suddenly, an alert sounds, announcing the arrival of a new villain: Guest. The league members immediately begin to size up the potential new recruit, each with their own hopes and expectations for who Guest will be.

The Disney XD Villains League is a collection of notorious antagonists. Bill Cipher acts as an inquisitive leader. Don Odion is perpetually frustrated by his nemesis, Wander. Belos is similarly annoyed by a human who foils his plans. Ludo is eagerly optimistic about new members. Dr. Doofenshmirtz has high standards for evilness.
