Incarnation of the Great Old One Cthugha. An elemental of fire. His true form resides within a star 27 light-years from Earth. He commands small spheres of light called 'Fire Vampires' that ignite anything they touch.

Incarnation of the Outer God Yog-Sothoth. The Vice-Regent of the Other Gods, the All-in-One and One-in-All. His true form exists outside the universe. He is the key to the gate to the outer void where the Great Old Ones dwell, the gate itself, and the guardian who protects it.

When awakened, reptile-like scales cover his skin. His true form is on a star near Taurus. He is destined to destroy all existence, including all gods. He commands bat-like, mole-like creatures called 'Byakhee'.

Incarnation of the Great Old One Cthulhu. An elemental of water. Hastur's older brother and rival. He is also in conflict with Nyarlathotep. His true form sleeps at the bottom of the sea. He commands fish-men known as 'Deep Ones'. He continues to influence humans worldwide through dreams.

Incarnation of the Outer God Ubbo-Sathla. The first god created by Azathoth. His true form resides in a cave. He guards the 'Tablets of Life', which are inscribed with vast knowledge unknown even to the gods. He gives birth to 'Shoggoths', jelly-like life forms.

Incarnation of the Outer God Tru'nembra. The voice he emits is a pleasant melody to Outer Gods and Great Old Ones, but humans who hear it fall into madness. Even after leaving the area, the melody remains in their heads, driving many to insanity. His true form is beside Azathoth.

Incarnation of the Great Old One Yig. The older brother of Shub-Niggurath. He can freely summon snakes. His ultimate goal is the domination of Earth by serpent people. Humans who earn his displeasure are turned into mindless snakes, and women may be forced to give birth to numerous snake-like monstrous children. He is deeply vengeful.

Incarnation of the Outer God Shub-Niggurath. Yig's companion and younger associate. He can produce black goat-like creatures from his body. Contact with his bodily fluids brings about decay and rapid growth.
