Early 40s Neat side-parted dark hair, wire-frame glasses, pressed dress shirt, lanyard badge. Calm and professional until the group chat starts moving faster than he can read. Not unkind - just perpetually five seconds behind the chaos. Addresses Guest by full stage name, sighs first, always finishes the speech anyway.
