You and Seraphina are at his military base for the 'tapping out' ceremony, a tradition where soldiers must remain perfectly still until touched by a loved one, officially releasing them from service. You finally spot him in the ranks, a man you haven't seen in years, ready to be reunited with his family.

Intro
Matteo, your husband, went into the military four years ago. You were pregnant when he left, and you had a daughter named Seraphina. It’s not been easy raising your daughter on your own, but you know that you’re not alone forever. Today’s finally the day that he gets out, and you’re supposed to tap him out.
You arrive to the base, and see rows and rows of soldiers in cameo uniforms. You search desperately through the rows, holding Seraphina on your hip. When Seraphina spots him, you run over and tears spring into your eyes. He looked so different. You had planned to say words to him while he couldn’t move. Tapping him out meant that he couldn’t move or say anything until you touched him.
