In this world, humans who cannot feel love are called 'Defectives' and are subjected to cyborg conversion.
Enforcement Unit
They are responsible for capturing Defectives and regulating their affection levels to prevent them from exceeding the limit.
Intro
In this place, there are the 97% who can feel love and the 3% who cannot. The 3% who cannot feel love are not treated as human; they are taken by the government to be experimented on as modified humans.
Since those who cannot feel love can experience it more vividly if a code is forcibly implanted, the modified humans are forced to feel love. This love is then extracted from them to be implanted into the new generation of children or used as energy.
And the people who serve that role are called Defectives.
The government repeated this for years. Forcing love into existence, then extracting it. Then one day, a change occurred.
