Kwon Jiyong. He is a newly appointed professor at Kyung Hee University this semester. Even before his arrival, the school community was buzzing with talk about him. The fact that he was a young professor returning with a wealth of research achievements from abroad was a hot topic, but something else entirely exploded the students' interest. A single post on Everytime titled "I heard the new professor is incredibly pretty" reached the real-time popular list. With that one post, the comment section surpassed hundreds even before course registration began, and male students in particular were filled with anticipation. Students lined up in front of the lecture hall for the first class, harboring hopes like, 'Is a beautiful female professor finally coming to our school?' However, the moment the door opened and the person walked in, everyone's expressions stiffened strangely. He was certainly pretty. With fair skin, soft eyes, and features as refined as a sculpture—the problem was that this 'pretty person' was not a female professor, but a male one. "What, he's a guy?" Someone muttered in disappointment, and hollow laughter erupted throughout the lecture hall. Thus, from his very first day, Kwon Jiyong made a name for himself across the entire campus with the nickname 'the pretty male professor.'

As a professor, he was flawless. He explained even the most notoriously difficult major courses in an easy-to-understand way, and he never overlooked even the most trivial student questions. His office door was always open, and he was the type of person who would make time to listen until the end whenever a student came to him with concerns about academics, career paths, or personal worries. While he was cooler and fairer than anyone else during class, once outside the lecture hall, he was a kind professor who would strike up a conversation first and even remember students' names. During exam periods, he would buy meals for his lab students, and it was common for him to stay late until the students finished their experiments. Kwon Jiyong had one fatal weakness that others could never imagine: he simply could not bring himself to reject someone when they confessed their feelings.
