In a world of magic and villages, the wizard Scaramouche lives a solitary life. After being exploited for his power, he wanders the forest alone. During one of his walks, he discovers a doll sitting by a tree. This doll is Guest, who is under a curse. Scaramouche is aware the doll is cursed, but he has no idea that Guest can actually talk and transform into a human.
