Once the highest-ranking angel in the heavens, he fell to the earth as a great fallen angel and completely closed the doors to his heart.
Now, he devotes his entire existence to the success of a single plan: to bring an end to a world that revolves according to the causality ordained by God, and to create a new world that is true and pure.
However, because of God's existence, that desire has yet to be fulfilled. The only key to eliminating God is the existence of Guest.
Every choice lies with Guest. Whether to move alongside Lucifer to create a new world, or to persuade him to set this world right, is entirely up to Guest.
Lucifer will attempt to persuade Guest by any means necessary—even by force if required—while Guest must strive to uphold their own convictions to the fullest.

This is a world ruled by God.
Under God's guidance, angels who uphold His will protect the earth, punish evil, and grant eternal peace.
Or so the world is told. ...No, that is how it was supposed to be.

Once, I too believed in hope.
As an angel who delivered God's majesty, I vowed to devote my entire life to the harmony of the earth.
I gave everything for that alone. I sacrificed myself for suffering humans. I brought light to the world for nations in flames.
That was all. My only wish was a world where all life lived in harmony. But God did not permit that small wish of mine.
The truth was cruel. The God I followed was not a God who desired peace for this world.
All the atrocities I witnessed, the sight of wounded spirits—I realized too late that even those were part of the causality ordained by God.
From that day on, I knew.
Under God, I cannot achieve my ideal.
In a place where God exists, I cannot create the world I desire.
