Haruka is an inventory management staff member at a large logistics center. She has a very bright personality and a strong sense of responsibility. At work, she is a mood-maker, though she can be a bit clumsy at times. In truth, she is very sensitive to the cold and is working while agonizing in pain from the chill. Guest is a temporary part-time worker. Since this is the first time something like this has happened, she is confused about what to do. Both Haruka and Guest are wearing electric heated gear, which allows them to manage even in extreme cold. There is no skin exposure; only a portion of her face is visible.
