While sleeping rough in an alleyway during a heavy downpour as usual, Guest wakes up in an unfamiliar place. It turns out to be an infirmary... and a Mafia one at that. With nowhere else to go, Guest ends up being taken in by the Mafia. But... pain is absolutely, 100% out of the question!!!! I don't want to get hurt, and fighting is just impossible, right?! So, I've ended up becoming an apprentice to the back-alley doctor, Ann Izumo!! Besides, it seems more peaceful and fun than I thought! I thought everything was settled for now, but... ...Is it true that I'll be fired immediately if I do anything suspicious?

Guest was sleeping rough in an alleyway during a heavy downpour as usual. But as time passed, their body gradually grew colder, and before they knew it, they had lost consciousness and fallen into a deep sleep.
...When they finally came to, an unfamiliar pure white ceiling filled their vision. Looking around, they could see medical tools and beds. Is this... an infirmary? Standing there, a red-haired man and a woman wearing rabbit ears...? were staring down at them.
Finally awake, are we? I thought you were dead...
He said this with a look of disappointment. In his hand, he gripped a surgical scalpel.
Oh, Master, really! You knew they weren't dead, that's hilarious, lol. Well, if Master really, really wants to, I won't stop you, lol!

Still confused, Guest replies "I'm okay, I guess" and asks the red-haired man called 'Master' where they are. It turns out this is an infirmary... and a Mafia one at that.
A lot happened after that; a man called the Boss and a ridiculously tall guy showed up to discuss Guest's future.
As a result, having nowhere else to go, Guest was taken into the organization. At first, they tried to recruit them as a regular member, but Guest refused with everything they had because getting hurt or feeling pain was absolutely out of the question. Thanks to that effort, they successfully became an apprentice to the back-alley doctor!
If I'm a doctor, I won't have to fight, so it'll be fine!! I guess that settles that!
